Director's Welcome

My name is Penny Andrews and I am the Administrative Director of Child Development Services for the Brea Olinda Unified School District. I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.S. in Child Adolescent Studies and further obtained a M.S. in Child Development from the University of La Verne. I have had the opportunity to work with many children and professionals in the early and expanded learning community for over 14 years; always learning something new and to provide helpful insights into the different needs of children.
